The NordicTrack Freestride Trainer FS9i makes a perfect joint-friendly alternative to treadmills. Providing a “floating in the air” sensation Freestride Trainer turns each workout fun and safe from injuries. The Freestride Trainer gives you three machines in one: a treadmill, an elliptical and a stepper.

ADJUSTABLE STRIDE LENGTH
The adjustable stride length lets you alternate between a running/walking function and a stepper machine. With a 20kg flywheel, it’s an effective low-impact workout solution for anyone looking to get in shape without putting strain on their joints. With a maximum of 38” stride length, the FS9i is suitable for users of all heights.

iFIT COACH
The NordicTrack Freestride Trainer FS9i is compatible with iFit technology that takes you training to fascinating places from all around the world. Using the incorporated 10” touchscreen you can take full advantage of the iFit coach and download customised workouts based on your fitness abilities and goals. You can dabble with virtual reality while controlling the machine’s speed and incline or use google maps to display views from chosen places around the world that are interactive with your speed, incline and decline.

AUTOMATED INCLINE/DECLINE
The incline and decline adjusts automatically following your chosen program or a terrain in your google maps iFit training.

WIRELESS MONITORING
The NordicTrack Freestride Trainer FS9i comes with a Bluetooth SMART chest strap that monitors your pulse during your workouts and helps you train in your ideal heart rate zone.

38 BUILT-IN WORKOUTS
You can choose from 38 built-in workouts that are designed to target various fitnes goals such as losing weight or building speed. Each workout controls the FS9i speed and incline for a set time period.

Included in your purchase is a free 12 month iFit Family Subscription. Activation instructions will be included within the packaging of your item.
